My mom was always wake up early even before the sun was rise. When the sky still dark, she lighted up the kitchen and although the air was chill, she warmed the bread.
By the time we, dad, the twins, and me woke up and rushed through the house (not for dad.) Mom had gone to her office, her bakery.
Mom's bakery was famous but not salable. That was the major problem in our life.
Dad lost his job and tried to found one but, he took too long. He finally got one when I was in high school.
The twins, Tommy and Tony are charming monster, I know.
When I was in middle school, they were in kindergarten. Everyday, they kept arguing why one of them was following them. Like, Tommy scream to Tony "Why are you following me to have a blue eyes?", then Tony will shouted back, "Then, why you have a same face like mine? Copycat!".
They couldn't accepted the fact that they were twin.
The first day of middle school, my mom couldn't took me to the school together. My dad was also couldn't. But, the twins hold my hands and I look at their blue eyes, and they said "Lets go, sis."
I said to myself, this twin is a miracle! They want to go to the mid school with me even though they didn't know what mid school means, but who cares?
I hold them back and replied, "Yes, we got to do this."
I really believed that they were a miracle twins. You see, once they were born, my grandpa can walk without his wheelchair anymore! (Well, at last, he admit he did that in purpose we will never understand) Then, when they start to met new friends in nursery, I got an A in my math test! I never get an A in any subject before or after they in.
Last, when they spoke their first word, which is my name, "B!" they shouted, mom has her very own bakery, "Puff and Crust Bakery." I named it, by the way. But unfortunately, dad lost his job.
It is only 3 miracles but, they just breath for 4 years! It counted as worth it.
I remembered clearly (cause this was the major factor that affected me in mid school), my grandma came with her 65's bike.
"Honey boo boo child! Come on sweetheart, we go to the middle school where love is in the air and friendship is so beautiful!!!"
As you can imagine, I hop up cause I cannot deny,
There were white lily and sun flower in her bike's basket. It was just like I was on "sounds of the music" movie. Tommy and Tony singing with my grandma and I was just sitting there.
Once I arrived at the school yard, everyone was looking at me weirdly, and yeah, mid school is a soft world of high school.
"Inspired by "sounds of the music" or "high school musical", huh?" Teased Eddie, the football captain that have a lot of girlfriends.
I don't play words, you know, even though now I'm in high school, replying a teased like that it is a fear factor for me.
"Go play with your junks, playboy!" David defended me.
And he was gone.
David was my first friend. Honestly, I was hoping I will get a girlfriend that we can chat together, gossiping, cooking together and many girl's stuffs. But, I regret I was hoping like that.
"David, what about you?" Oh, I forgot, he is British, his accent!!!!!
My walkable - without - wheelchair grandpa was born and spend half of his life in Britain , so I can do well in speaking British.
"Brianna, thank you for your help." I replied, in his accent.
"Sweet potato! Where are you came from? London?" His ocean blue sky eye widen.
"Here, actually." I disappointed him.
"Ah, you shocked me, B, you speak British so well."
"My granpa is a British, Day."
"Can I call you B? I mean, not the shorten words of bit-"
I cut his word.
"As long I can call you Day, it is alright."
That was the most beautiful words I ever made! I really proud of that until now.
That was the most precious memories in the first day of my middle school, after all of the sound of the music things.
I opened up the door, and Day proudly became my tour guide. Lucky for me, he was in the same classroom like mine.
The girls were between kids and teens and also the boys.
Just like every time we did something new, we hope everything will turns out better than before and naturally, our mood is boosted.
I was really glad I met David, he is pretty charming and kinda fashionable, oh! his accent!
Honestly, I almost made him as my crush, but things happen unexpectedly, right?
We were down to the corridor and chatting all the way, and we passed a new boy, I think, he looked so confused.
We both looked him in the eye,and that tan and black - haired boy looked me in the eye, he has a green fresh eye! Then, he looked Day in the eye longer, for about 30 sec I think, and he walked toward us.
"Hi guys, I'm Troy," HE IS A BRITISH!
"I'm from London and yeah, I'm new here." HE'S FROM LONDON!
My eyes widen, Day was chocked.
"Do you know where is 7 - C class is?" HE IS IN THE CLASS NEXT DOOR!
"Yes, It is in the second floor, once you see the first locker, go straight and the first door you see is 7-C." Day explained, and Troy was shocked. He just found a pal. They could be found another 3 British guy and they could make One Direction.
Troy left, Day looked at me and said, "He is cute, isn't he?"
"Wait, what?"
See? Unexpected.
